MINIMUM REQUIREMENT#S—ON-SITE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />Not applicable, the project site sedl collect and convey all surface water prior to directly discharging into <br />the Snohomish River. No Flooding or erosion impacts and anticipated. <br />4.6. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #6— RUNOFF TREATMENT <br />The water quality design treatment level, volume and flowrate have been designed per Section 2.5.6 of <br />the 2014 SWbN1W W as presented in Section 8.5 of Watecont Plea Central (WPC) Phan 2 and 3— <br />Hydrohgir and Hydowle Report (2017 —POE HH Report). <br />The stormwater treatment provided is in compliance with the current 2019 SWM]ifWlYt. <br />4.7. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT #7—FLOW CONTROL <br />Flow control is not required as all surface inner generated on the developed project will discharge directly <br />into the Snohomish River. <br />4.8. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT # & WETLANDS PROTECTION <br />Not Applicable. <br />4.9. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT # 9— OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE <br />Per section 8.8 of the Wakrfioat Place Cenral (WPCJ Plare 2 "it 3— Hydrotagis and Hydrusels ROW (2017— <br />POE HH Report) and as summarized below: <br />Stonnwasr treatment facility maintenance will include: <br />• Proper disposal of any standing water removed during maintenance operations. Prior to any <br />discharge to a actuary sewer the City of Everett will be contacted for approval. Any residuals <br />will be disposed of in accordance with current Snohomish County Health Department and <br />Department of Ecology requirements. <br />• Runoff control facilities (mduding catch basins and associated structures) shall be inspected <br />annually, at a minimum. <br />• Catch basins shall be cleaned if the depth of deposits is equal an or greater than 1 /3 the depth <br />from the basin to the invert of the lowest pipe into or out of the basin. <br />• Stromwater Treatment vaults shall be inspected according to the manufacturces <br />recommendation. Treatment medium shall be cleaned and replaced per manufacturer's <br />recommendations. <br />m®�® 3 <br />
