See structural notes on Sheet SO. <br />2. Updated engineering package includes beam calculations. All framing plans will be <br />sealed with Washington State engineer's stamp. <br />3. Floor joist calculations attached. Roof trusses are listed as deferred submittals on <br />Sheet SO. <br />4. Shear flow details have been included on the updated S Sheets. <br />5. Framing at the stairs has been clarified. <br />6. Plans have been updated to include a concrete wall design with no slab on the lower <br />side. <br />7. Minimum footing depth of 5'-0" has been added to Section A on Sheet 5. <br />8. Retaining walls <br />a. 7H seismic load has been added and details have been revised. <br />b. The wall between the garage and crawlspace is subject to the vehicle surcharge <br />and has been designed as such. <br />c. Top restrained basement wall calculations and details have been updated. <br />
