Updated calculation package includes RSW concrete <br />calculations. <br />10. Calculations have been updated to include wall heights and walls that do not meet the <br />height to width ratio have been eliminated from the design. <br />11. The roof framing plan has been revised to include truss blocking and to collect and <br />transfer lateral load. <br />12. The cantilevered portion of the roof diaphragm has been revised to show truss blocking <br />and strapping to transfer lateral loads to the adjacent double top plate, thereby <br />transferring lateral load to the shear walls within the same wall line. It is our opinion that <br />there is no open -front structure configuration. <br />13. Collector elements have been identified on the roof framing plan. <br />14. Truss blocking detail included and referenced to show shear flow from roof diaphragm <br />to interior shear wall. <br />15. Deck footing detail has been included. <br />16. Deck framing connections have been included within Section A on Sheet 5. <br />17. Roof beams have been specified. <br />18. Floor framing details have been included. <br />19.
