JULY2022 I STORMWATER SITE PLAN <br />10 PERTEET <br />of according to the Model Taxies Control Act (MCTA). No toxic or hazardous chemicals will be stored or <br />produced during the projecis development or construction, or at any time during the operating life of the project. <br />The only hazardous chemicals that will be used during the project are lubricants and fuels associated with <br />equipment that will be used during project construction. Best management practices (Blvi will be implemented <br />to minimize the potential for fuel/oil spills during project construction. Spill kits will be required to be maintained in <br />construction vehicles on site during construction and a SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure) <br />plan will be required and Implemented for the project action. The City of Everett Spill Hotline will also be active at <br />(425)257-8821 for 24/7 spill reporting. <br />4.2 Field Inspection <br />A field Inspection was performed on 3/222022, from approximately 3:30 PM to 5:15 PM, with a representative <br />from Perteet present. The weather was partially cloudy act a morning rain event with a temperature near 56 <br />degrees Fahrenheit. <br />It is noted that as a part of the off -site analysis efforts that he on -site conditions were inspected, and photo <br />documented below. This Is to identify any drainage concerns that are not observable In the resources reviewed. <br />
