4) Describe special emergency services that might be required. <br />None. <br />5) Proposed measures to reduce or control environmental health hazards, IF any: <br />Spill kits will be required to be maintained in construction vehicles on site during <br />construction and a SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure) plan will be <br />required and implemented for the project action. The City of Everett Spill Hotline will also <br />be active of (425) 257-8821 for M7 spill reporting. <br />b. Noise <br />1) What types of noise exist in the area which may affect your project (for example: <br />traffic, equipment, operation, other)? <br />None. Traffic noise occurs on Silver Lake Road. <br />2) What types and levels of noise would be created by or associated with the project on a <br />shod -term or a long-term basis (for example: traffic, construction, operation, other)? If so, describe. <br />How much agricultural or forest land of long-term commercial significance will be converted to <br />other uses as a result of the proposal, if any?
