JULY2022 I STORMWATER SITE PLAN
10 PERTEET
2.0 EXISTING CONDITION
The proposed project limits are approximately located along the existing Silver Lake Trail from 118th Place
SE/Sill Lake Drive to Silver Lake Roaj lbberson Drive. See the Vicinity map, above, and the plans submitted
under separate cover.
Within the proposed project limits, Silver Lake Trail generally consists of gravel paths, asphalt pavement, native
bare soil, grass, and topsoil paths. Much of the paved surfaces appear to be in relatively fair condition with
localized root related distresses. Slopes vary but generally transitions from rolling to flat as the project limits
approach Silver Lake.
Perched water and dead/dying grass adjacent o the project limits indicates poorly drained soils. Signs of erosion,
sedimentation, and channelization were observed throughout the project. See Section 4.2 for photo
documentation.
There is no known stormwater system within the project limits nor adjacent to the project.
Sullivan Park consists of a significant amount of impervious area and is substantially developed. The existing land
cover was neither mapped nor quantified. This project is considered as redevelopment and by method of
inspection this project does not add more than 50%of the existing impervious area.
