JULY2022 I STORMWATER SITE PLAN <br />10 PERTEET <br />3.0 PROPOSED CONDITION <br />This project proposes to complete the Silver Lake Trail loop, with hard surfacing, through Sullivan Park from 118th <br />Place SE/Silver Lake Drive to Silver Lake Road/W Ibberson Drive. Permeable pavement is proposed at either end <br />to reduce the total impact from new impervious surfaces. New and replaced hard surfaces are proposed for the <br />portion of the trail nearest to Silver Lake. Where competent asphalt exists, a two-inch overlay Is proposed and is <br />considered as a maintenance operation. Some existing impervious surfaces are proposed to be demolished and <br />restored per BMP T5.13-Post construction soil quality and depth. <br />Table 3.0.1, below, summarizes the proposed land cover represented in Figures Al -A.6 in Appendix A. <br />Table 3.0.1 Proposed Conditions. <br />N/A Total <br />
