City of Everett 01 1100 - 2 <br />2024 WPCF Biosolids Removal UT 3826-2 <br /> <br /> <br />00 1100 - 2 SUMMARY OF WORK <br />6. Managing dewatered biosolids on site. <br />7. Load, weigh, and transport all dewatered biosolids to the designated area <br />on City’s Biosolids Pad. <br />8. WPCF Biosolids Pad site cleanup and restoration. <br />9. Demobilization. <br /> <br />C. Work under the Contract shall also include: <br /> <br />1. Sampling in a representative manner, storing samples according to <br />sampling protocols, and submitting samples for analysis as required by <br />Owner. <br /> <br />1.3 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Prior to mobilization, the following submittals shall be submitted to the City for <br />review and approval: <br /> <br />1. Proposed dewatering agents and the estimated quantity. <br />2. Contractor’s Spill Prevention Plan (See example in Appendix B). <br />3. Health and Safety Plan (See Section 01 3529 section 1.5). <br /> <br />1.4 BUILDING ACCESS AND SECURITY <br /> <br />A. Contractor access to the work site will be restricted as follows: <br /> <br />1. Entry & Exit: The Contractor will be given access into facility by City’s <br />representative. Contractor is expected to maintain site security and lock <br />gates outside of established working hours. See Section 01 3553. <br /> <br />B. Due to COVID Pandemic conditions contractors will not be allowed into any City <br />building. <br /> <br />1.5 WORKING HOURS <br /> <br />A. General Contractor will be required to provide a project schedule that clearly <br />defines each phase of work and the work hours associated with each phase. <br />B. Work sites are available from 06:00 – 22:30 seven days a week excluding City <br />observed holidays unless otherwise approved by the City’s Project Manager. Any <br />additional or alternate work hours will require advance approval and coordination <br />with the City’s Project Manager. See 01 5000 for Noise Ordinance. <br /> <br />1.6 CITY OCCUPATION AND OPERATION <br /> <br />A. The City intends to operate all treatment lagoons during the project. Contractor
