City of Everett 01 3119 - 1 <br />2024 WPCF Biosolids Removal UT 3826-2 <br /> <br /> <br />00 3119 - 1 PROJECT MEETINGS <br />SECTION 01 3119 - PROJECT MEETINGS <br /> <br />1.1 PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING <br /> <br />A. After award of the Contract, the Project Manager will schedule a pre-construction <br />conference at a date and time mutually agreeable to all concerned parties. <br />Project Manager will conduct the conference, record minutes, and issue copies <br />thereof to all in attendance. All mandated COVID regulations shall be followed. <br /> <br />B. Attendance by the Contractor's project manager, job superintendent, and all <br />Subcontractors is required. Suppliers, and other parties interested in the <br />performance of the Work may also attend. <br /> <br />C. The purpose of the conference is to introduce all primary parties involved in the <br />construction of the Project and to review procedures to be followed during <br />construction. Discussion will follow detail Project Manual requirements including, <br />but not limited to: <br />1. Project Directory: <br />a. Project number and title. <br />b. Names, telephone numbers, and facsimile transmission (FAX) <br />numbers of the following: <br />1) City. <br />2) Contractor. <br />3) Contractor’s Emergency Contact List. <br />c. Names of project managers, superintendents, and foremen and <br />accompanying telephone and emails for the following: <br />1) Contractor. <br />2) Contractor's major Subcontractors. <br />2. Communications: <br />a. Channel of communications. <br />b. Requirements for use of Project identification. <br />c. Instructions to Contractor. <br />d. Oral conversations and requirements for written backup. <br />e. Appropriate Contractor-City communication. <br />f. Requests for information from Contractor to City. <br />3. Submittal Data: <br />a. List of Subcontractors and Suppliers. <br />b. Submittals. <br />c. Progress Schedule. <br />4. Change Orders: <br />a. Origination. <br />b. Required cost breakdown. <br />c. Inclusion in monthly pay application. <br />d. Time extension. <br />5. Payments:
