Progress payment review at Project Site. <br />c. Monthly progress payment cut-off date. <br />6. Site Visits. <br />7. Finish and Coordination. <br />8. Notice to Proceed. <br />9. Other Topics as Appropriate to Project. <br /> <br />1.2 WEEKLY PROGRESS MEETINGS <br /> <br />A. Meeting Location: Contractor's project field office, unless otherwise agreed. <br /> <br />B. Attendance shall include City, Contractor, Project Superintendent, and others as <br />appropriate to agenda for each meeting. <br /> <br />C. The Contractor shall: <br />1. Prepare agenda and administer progress meetings, and specially called <br />meetings throughout work progress. <br />2. Preside at meetings. <br />3. Record minutes; include all significant proceedings and decisions. <br />4. Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within three (3) days of each <br />meeting to all meeting participants. <br />5. Ascertain that work is prosecuted consistently with contract documents and <br />construction schedules. <br />6. Provide 3-week look ahead schedule with project milestones and <br />Contractor needs from the City. <br /> <br />D. SUGGESTED AGENDA: <br />1. Review and approve minutes of previous meeting. <br />2. Review work progress since previous meeting. <br />3. Review plans for progress for succeeding work period. <br />4. Review 3-week look ahead schedule and overall construction schedule. <br />5. Present corrective measures and procedures to regain project schedule, as <br />applicable. <br />6. Present field observations, problems, and conflicts. <br />7. Discuss problems impeding progress schedule. <br />8. Review Quantity Control. <br />9. Coordinate work. <br />10. Review proposed changes for: <br />a. Effect on construction schedule and on completion date. <br />b. Effect on any other contracts of the project. <br />11. Review draft of application for payment (at end of month). <br />12. Review required revisions to project record documents. <br />13. Review project safety. <br />14. Review any other business. <br />
