4. 50 feet setback from slopes greater than 15 percent and greater than 10 feet in height., <br />S. All underground stormwater facilities shall be setback from any structure or property line a distance <br />equal to the depth of the ground disturbed in setting the structure. <br />Infiltration trenches may be located under pavement if a small yard drain or catch basin with grate cover is <br />placed at the end of the trench pipe such that overflow would occur out of the 2019 Stormwater Management <br />Manual for Western Washington Volume V - Chapter 4 - Page 707 catch basin at an elevation at least one foot <br />below that of the pavement, and in a location which can accommodate the overflow without creating a <br />significant adverse impact to downhill properties or drainage systems. This is intended to prevent saturation of <br />the pavement in the event of system failure. <br />6. Applicable access requirements of DCSS 4-4.2 (3) have been met. <br />7. Filter fabric shall be placed over the drain rock as shown on Figure V-4.1: Typical Downspout <br />Infiltration Trench prior to backfilling. <br />8. Does this project include infiltration of runoff from pollution generating surfaces? <br />Yes.
