Egress Landing — Landing was added to exterior of sliding door per IRC R3111.3. <br />2. Bathtub Clearances — Bathtub was narrowed from 36" to 32" and some minor <br />adjustments were made to fixtures to maintain 21" of clearance per IRC R307.1. <br />3. Smoke/CO2 Alarm Locations — Smoke/CO2 alarms were asbuilt on to existing structure. <br />Addition now shows new smoke/CO2 alarm per R314, R315. <br />4. Roof Ventilation — Roof ventilation is now shown on three sides of new addition <br />structure. Ventilation will = 1/150 of new addition SF or 2.64 SF. <br />5. Existing Roof Structure Supporting New Structure — <br />• Dormers deleted from permit proposal. <br />• New addition roof over existing roof structure - Checked existing roof structure <br />to load tables per IRC R802.5. Existing Douglas fir -larch #2 (or better) 2X4's, 16" <br />OC span no more than 6'-6" (existing mid span support as re -detailed on north <br />frame detail sheet ST3).
