All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code <br />(IBC), 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 <br />International Mechanical Code (I MC), and/or the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as <br />amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced <br />standard for accessible design is the 20)9 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities' (ICC/ANSI <br />A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive. <br />These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by <br />other departments (such as Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
