October 11, 2023 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson stated there are various open positions on <br />boards and commissions, with an application deadline of November 3rd. <br /> <br />Engagement Director Nichole Webber provided a briefing on the management plans of the City’s <br />website. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 20-minute executive session pursuant to RCW <br />42.31.110.1(i), with no council action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7939 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,294,303.46 for the period ending September 23, 2023, through September 29, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7940 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,111,233.38 for the period ending September 23, 2023. <br /> <br />GRANT – EVERETT FORWARD GRANT – IRISHMEN <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Everett Forward Grant Round 2 contract which will award <br />the Irishmen a $50,000 Everett Forward Grant. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – PLAYGROUND AT THE JETTY LANDING FACILITIES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with the Port of Everett & Snohomish <br />County to install and maintain a playground at the Jetty Landing facilities. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – PARKS RESTROOMS RENOVATION PROJECT <br />
