October 25, 2023 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Council received two (2) written(s) comments and the following members of the public spoke: <br />Jeramy Olson. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli requested an update on the Waits Motel relocation efforts. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson had no updates. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 10-minute executive session pursuant to RCW <br />42.31.110.1(i), with no council action to follow. He also addressed the procurement of the pallet <br />shelters for Clare’s Place residents. <br /> <br />Council requested a Procurement Policy update and briefing. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7943 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,803,036.20 for the period ending October 7, 2023, through October 13, 2023. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7944 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,178,844.88 for the period ending October 7, 2023. <br />
