Exhibit A (Scope of Work) <br />Permit and the Washington State Department of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for Western <br />Washington (SWMMWW). Minimum requirements for stormwater site plans include both the <br />management of stormwater and the ability to maintain natural drainage conditions, including wetlands <br />and streams. The City may request Haley & Aldrich support related to biological aspects of the <br />stormwater site plan review to ensure compliance with minimum requirements. These services will be <br />authorized in writing by the City project manager on an on-call basis.
