Here's the specific update: • The combustion air is actually coming from outside, not from the adjacent room.There are two 8"vents into/out of that room direct to the outside, and therefore the source of combustion air is'virtually unlimited'. • While the above note is the key difference, it might be worth correcting also that the only appliance requiring the combustion air is the boiler.The H2O heater is electric. We don't have any gas appliances in the house and the external oil tank only provides oil to the boiler. James, in light of the above,what would be required to move forward with the bedroom project? For example, is there an update to the permit required? Thanks!
