4 <br />The above table contains charges for inside City-limits. Areas outside City-limits, but <br />connected to the City’s water and sewer system, shall be charged the inside-City-limits <br />charge plus (unless otherwise required by law) a 25% surcharge. <br />2.Stormwater System Development Charge.
