October 18, 2023 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne asked about the length of stay and what will happen to the pallet shelters <br />that were just purchased after the relocation use. <br /> <br /> <br />Jennifer stated she would get the requested information to Council. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Assistant City Attorney Hil Kaman had no comments. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7942 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$3,841,042.78 for the period ending September 30, 2023, through October 6, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – REGION 10 TARGET ZERO TASK FORCE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Agreement with the Washington Traffic Safety <br />Commission regarding participation as a sub-recipient in the Region 10 Target Zero Task Force <br />traffic safety grant project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – ALLIANCE FOR HOUSING AFFORDABILITY INTERLOCAL <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Alliance for Housing Affordability <br />Interlocal Agreement to add the City of Monroe and the Town of Darrington. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED – SERVICES FOR RETIRED EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 for the Vera Clinic to offer continued services <br />to retired employees and their spouses/domestic partners effective January 1, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br />
