Upon termination of this Agreement, OMIGA <br />Solutions shall have no further obligation to provide any services hereunder to Customer. <br />e) Cheney decides to take part in the AOC’s Tyler/Odyssey project <br />Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any obligation owed by either party to the other as accrued prior <br />to such termination. <br />9.Glossary of Terms <br />•AOC – Administrative Office of the Courts. <br />•APS –Automated Payment System <br />•OCourt- OMIGA Solutions’ proprietary online web-based business application that streamlines the <br />court processes and integrates with Washington State’s AOC JIS system in real time.
