That there be and hereby is levied upon the real and personal property in the City of Everett, subject to taxation herein, a general property tax for municipal purposes for the en- suing year commencing January 1, 1930, in the sum of 503, 900.00. Section 2. Said taxes shall be apportioned to the various funds of said city for the year as follows: 1. General current expense fund 4 255,000.00 2. Library fund 21, 250.00 3.
