2.3 Ensure the facility is equipped with wireless high-speed internet accessible to all <br />students, as well as power supply accessibility for each student. <br /> <br />2.4 If the course is a contract agreement course offering, provide NUCPS with a list <br />of all students, including: full names, email addresses, agency or business <br />affiliation and contact phone number, no later than 30 days prior to the course <br />beginning. NUCPS will handle registration details for all other open-enrollment <br />courses. <br /> <br />2.5 Assign a contact person at the training facility, who is not a member of the class, <br />to assist NUCPS, as needed, with the following activities at no financial <br />obligation to NUCPS: <br /> <br />• Assist NUCPS staff with the setup of the classroom on the day before the <br />first day of class, <br />• Distribute instructional materials to NUCPS instructors, if needed, <br />• Inform NUCPS of student requests, <br />• Provided limited clerical assistance, reproduction capabilities and other <br />assistance for NUCPS instructors as needed, <br />• Mail materials to NUCPS, if needed, <br />• Assist the Course Coordinators with student requests, <br />• Guide NUCPS with locating and securing a salvage yard or towing facility <br />where students may perform non-destructive testing on crash-damaged <br />vehicles, if needed, <br />• Locate a suitable outdoor space for mapping and measuring exercises, if <br />needed <br /> <br /> <br />III. NUCPS AGREES <br /> <br />3.1 To present the training course(s) at the host agency on mutually acceptable dates. <br /> <br />3.2 To deliver the courses based on the course topics identified on our website. <br /> <br />3.3 To make all arrangements for selecting and obtaining instructors, preparation of <br />instructor outlines, scheduling and coordinate of instructor activities, and all other <br />arrangements pertaining to instructor transportation and lodging. <br /> <br />3.4 To have full responsibility for conducting lectures, discussions and work project <br />sessions, and examinations for the course. <br /> <br />3.5 To prepare all necessary training aids and provide each registered course <br />participant with course reference materials pertinent to the subject areas to be <br />covered. <br />
