Not much in
the way of detail, they show sloping floors to a floor drain in the middle and a grease trap is being added
but they don't show where.
I see in the city's ordinance; section 2.1 (18) No animal guts or tissue......
Would draining those two rooms through a grease interceptor satisfy your ordinance? Seems like it
should need a solids separator or floor sink with a strainer. Have you seen this
before?
Shellie Pons
Plumbing/Mechanical Inspector
Public Works
P:425.257.8810 / Direct:425.257.7274
E: sspons(&everettwa.gov
Office: 3200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett, WA, 98201
Hours: Monday — Friday 7:30am-12:OOpm and 1:OOpm-4:OOpm
www.everettwa.gov/permits
M
NOTICE: Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be
subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public Records Act.
