Failure to return this certification 17 <br />as part of the Bid Proposal package will make this Bid Nonresponsive and ineligible for 18 <br />Award. A Contractor Certification of Wage Law Compliance form is included in the 19 <br />Proposal Forms. 20 <br /> 21 <br />The Bidder shall make no stipulation on the Bid Form, nor qualify the bid in any manner. 22 <br /> 23 <br />A bid by a corporation shall be executed in the corporate name, by the president or a vice 24 <br />president (or other corporate officer accompanied by evidence of authority to sign). 25 <br /> 26 <br />A bid by a partnership shall be executed in the partnership name, and signed by a partner. 27 <br />A copy of the partnership agreement shall be submitted with the Bid Form if any UDBE 28 <br />requirements are to be satisfied through such an agreement. 29 <br /> 30 <br />A bid by a joint venture shall be executed in the joint venture name and signed by a 31 <br />member of the joint venture.
