Before execution of the contract by the 32 <br />Contracting Agency, the successful bidder shall provide any pre-award information the 33 <br />Contracting Agency may require under Section 1-02.15. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Until the Contracting Agency executes a contract, no proposal shall bind the Contracting 36 <br />Agency nor shall any work begin within the project limits or within Contracting Agency-37 <br />furnished sites.
