CITY OF EVERETT - CITYWIDE BICYCLE WAYFINDING <br />STATE FUND# HLP-PB21(014) <br />WO#3786 September 25, 2023 <br /> 20 <br />· Deletions - Green 1 <br />· Comments - Blue 2 <br />· Dimensions - Graphite 3 <br />· Provide the applicable reference for all entries, such as the change order number, 4 <br />the request for information (RFI) number, or the approved shop drawing number. 5 <br />· Date all entries. 6 <br />· Clearly identify all items in the entry with notes similar to those in the Contract 7 <br />Drawings (such as pipe symbols, centerline elevations, materials, pipe joint 8 <br />abbreviations, etc.). 9 <br /> 10 <br />The Contractor shall certify on the Record Drawings that said drawings are an accurate 11 <br />depiction of built conditions, and in conformance with the requirements detailed above. 12 <br />The Contractor shall submit final Record Drawings to the Contracting Agency. Contracting 13 <br />Agency acceptance of the Record Drawings is one of the requirements for achieving 14 <br />Physical Completion. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Payment will be made for the following bid item: 17 <br /> 18 <br />Record Drawings <br />(Minimum Bid *** $5,000 ***) <br />Lump Sum <br /> 19 <br />Payment for this item will be made on a prorated monthly basis for work completed in 20 <br />accordance with this section up to 75% of the lump sum bid. The final 25% of the lump 21 <br />sum item will be paid upon submittal and approval of the completed Record Drawings set 22 <br />prepared in conformance with these Special Provisions. 23 <br /> 24 <br />A minimum bid amount has been entered in the Bid Proposal for this item.
