Contracting 13 <br />Agency acceptance of the Record Drawings is one of the requirements for achieving 14 <br />Physical Completion. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Payment will be made for the following bid item: 17 <br /> 18 <br />Record Drawings <br />(Minimum Bid *** $5,000 ***) <br />Lump Sum <br /> 19 <br />Payment for this item will be made on a prorated monthly basis for work completed in 20 <br />accordance with this section up to 75% of the lump sum bid.
