CITY OF EVERETT - CITYWIDE BICYCLE WAYFINDING <br />STATE FUND# HLP-PB21(014) <br />WO#3786 September 25, 2023 <br /> 27 <br />At the same time that “No Trespassing” signs are posted, provide written 1 <br />notification of the following to the Engineer and to the chief law enforcement 2 <br />officer of the local governmental entity where the Work will occur: 3 <br /> 4 <br />1. The precise location of each area that is posted “No Trespassing”; 5 <br /> 6 <br />2. The date and time that each site was posted “No Trespassing”; 7 <br /> 8 <br />3. The date, time, description and duration of the Work to be performed 9 <br />at each site. 10 <br /> 11 <br />At least 72 hours prior to performing site cleanup in Work areas containing 12 <br />encampments (such as tents, makeshift dwellings, sleeping sites, or 13 <br />accumulations of personal property that are not refuse), the Contractor shall post 14 <br />a notification at each encampment area. Each notice shall: 15 <br /> 16 <br />1. Be weather resistant, and written in both English and Spanish. 17 <br /> 18 <br />2. Be affixed to each dwelling or post mounted within 10-feet of each 19 <br />encampment; 20 <br /> 21 <br />3. State the Prime Contractor’s company name as the entity that 22 <br />performed the cleanup as required by the Washington State 23 <br />Department of Transportation; 24 <br /> 25 <br />4. Provide the date that the notice is posted; 26 <br /> 27 <br />5. Provide date(s) and time(s) that cleanup will occur; 28 <br /> 29 <br />6. Provide the telephone number, business hours and physical address 30 <br />of the location where stored personal property may be claimed. 31 <br /> 32 <br />7. State that personal property will be stored for 70-days from the date of 33 <br />removal, and if unclaimed within that time, will be disposed of. 34 <br /> 35 <br />At the same time that notifications are posted at encampment areas, provide 36 <br />written notification of the schedule to perform site cleanup to the Engineer and 37 <br />to the following advocacy groups: 38 <br /> 39 <br />*** 40 <br />Everett Police Department 41 <br />Community Outreach and Enforcement Team 42 <br />425-407-3999 43 <br />*** 44 <br /> 45 <br />Acceptance of signs and notifications will be based on visual inspection that the 46 <br />sign and notifications meet these requirements. 47 <br /> 48 <br />Site Cleanup of Biological and Physical Hazards 49 <br />An initial cleanup of the site, including all preparatory work required to make the 50 <br />worksite sanitary and safe in accordance with applicable laws and with the 51 <br />Contract, shall be completed to remove all individuals, encampments, and 52
