Contractor and Subcontractor or Lower Tier Subcontractor Certification for Federal-aid 12 Projects (WSDOT Form 420-004). 13 14 The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer a completed Monthly Retainage Report 15 (WSDOT Form 272-065) within 15 calendar days after receipt of every monthly progress 16 payment until every subcontractor and lower tier subcontractor’s retainage has been 17 released. 18 19 The Contractor's records pertaining to the requirements of this Special Provision shall be 20 open to inspection or audit by representatives of the Contracting Agency during the life of 21 the contract and for a period of not less than three years after the date of acceptance of 22 the contract. The Contractor shall retain these records for that period.
