CITY OF EVERETT - CITYWIDE BICYCLE WAYFINDING <br />STATE FUND# HLP-PB21(014) <br />WO#3786 September 25, 2023 <br /> 44 <br />between the Contractor and the subcontractor or between the subcontractor and any lower 1 <br />tier subcontractor has been executed. This certification shall also guarantee that these 2 <br />subcontract agreements include all the documents required by the Special Provision 3 <br />Federal Agency Inspection. 4 <br /> 5 <br />A subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor will not be permitted to perform any work under 6 <br />the contract until the following documents have been completed and submitted to the 7 <br />Engineer: 8 <br /> 9 <br />1. Request to Sublet Work (WSDOT Form 421-012), and 10 <br /> 11 <br />2. Contractor and Subcontractor or Lower Tier Subcontractor Certification for Federal-aid 12 <br />Projects (WSDOT Form 420-004). 13 <br /> 14 <br />The Contractor shall submit to the Engineer a completed Monthly Retainage Report 15 <br />(WSDOT Form 272-065) within 15 calendar days after receipt of every monthly progress 16 <br />payment until every subcontractor and lower tier subcontractor’s retainage has been 17 <br />released. 18 <br /> 19 <br />The Contractor's records pertaining to the requirements of this Special Provision shall be 20 <br />open to inspection or audit by representatives of the Contracting Agency during the life of 21 <br />the contract and for a period of not less than three years after the date of acceptance of 22 <br />the contract. The Contractor shall retain these records for that period. The Contractor shall 23 <br />also guarantee that these records of all subcontractors and lower tier subcontractors shall 24 <br />be available and open to similar inspection or audit for the same time period. 25 <br /> 26 <br />COE 1-08.3(2)A.RTF 27 <br />1-08.3(2)A Type A Progress Schedule 28 <br />(March 13, 2012 APWA GSP) 29 <br /> 30 <br />Revise this section to read: 31 <br /> 32 <br />The Contractor shall submit *** 3 *** copies of a Type A Progress Schedule no later than 33 <br />at the preconstruction conference, or some other mutually agreed upon submittal time. 34 <br />The schedule may be a critical path method (CPM) schedule, bar chart, or other standard 35 <br />schedule format. Regardless of which format used, the schedule shall identify the critical 36 <br />path.
