In Year <br /> 2018-the City of Everett discovered a previous owner had altered the critical area buffer by conducting <br /> unpermitted grading/filling/development and installing ecology blocks and fencing.A Stop Work Order <br /> was posted on April 5,2018.The property was sold to the current owner on March 6,2019. <br /> Notice and Order Page 1 of 6 <br />
