The enclosed laboratory testing sheets in Appendix B
graphically present our test results.
3.4 GROUNDWATER CONDITIONS
At the time of exploration (March 2023), groundwater was encountered at 4.2 feet below ground surface
flags). Because our explorations were performed during an extended period generally wet weather, these
observed groundwater conditions may closely represent the yearly high levels; somewhat lower levels
probably occur during the summer and early fall months. At all times of the year, groundwater levels
would likely fluctuate in response to precipitation patterns, off -site construction activities, and site
utilization.
3.5 SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATION
During our exploration program, we did not visually identify any contaminated soil within the subject
site.
4.0 CONCLUSIONSAND
The conclusions and recommendations contained in this report are based on our understanding of the
currently proposed utilization of the project site, as derived from preliminary layout drawings, written
information, and verbal information supplied to us. Consequently, if any changes are made in the
currently proposed project, we may need to modify our conclusions and recommendations contained
herein to reflect those changes.
4.1 SITE PREPARATION
Preparation of the project site will involve temporary drainage, excavations, erosion control, dewatering,
and subgrade compaction. The paragraphs below discuss our geotechnical comments and
recommendations concerning site preparation.
MP ENGINEERING, PLLC MPGEOTECH.COM
