S <br /> . <br /> been made and paid into Court for the owners of said property, <br /> Section 2: That the City Attorney be and he is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to file in the Superior Court of the <br /> State of Washington, in and for Snohomish County, a petition <br /> or petitions in accordance with the laws of the State of Wash- <br /> ington, asking that said lands, water, water rights, easements, <br /> rights-of-way, privileges, franchises and property hereinabove <br /> described, be condemned and appropriated for public use, and <br /> that just compensation to the owners thereof be fixed by the <br /> Court, or a jury, in the manner provided by law. <br /> Section 3: The cost and expense of acquiring said lands <br /> and other rights hereinabove described shall be paid wholly from <br /> the Everett Water System Construction Fund. <br /> Section 4: An emergency is declared to exist and this <br /> Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and <br /> publication. <br /> Mayor, <br /> Atte <br /> ity Clerk. <br /> Passed: PJuly 23, 1929 <br /> Published July 25, 1929 <br />
