A site log book will be maintained for all on-site construction activities and will include: • A record of implementation of the C-SWPPP and other permit requirements; • Site inspections,and • Stormwater monitoring. This C-SWPPP may function as the site log book if desired, or the forms may be separated and included in a separate site log book. However, if separated,the site log book must be maintained on-site or within reasonable access to the site and be made available upon request to Ecology or local jurisdiction. 17
