A site log book will be <br /> maintained for all on-site construction activities and will include: <br /> • A record of implementation of the C-SWPPP and other permit requirements; <br /> • Site inspections,and <br /> • Stormwater monitoring. <br /> This C-SWPPP may function as the site log book if desired, or the forms may be separated and included <br /> in a separate site log book. However, if separated,the site log book must be maintained on-site or <br /> within reasonable access to the site and be made available upon request to Ecology or local jurisdiction. <br /> 17 <br />
