• Keep all heavy equipment off existing soils under LID facilities that have been excavated to final
grade to retain infiltration rate of the soils.
3.2 Site Specific BMPs
Site specific BMPs are shown on the Site Preparation and Erosion Control Plan sheet in Appendix A. This
site-specific plan sheet shall be updated as site condition change.
4.0 CONSTRUCTION PHASING AND BMP IMPLEMENTATION
The BMP implementation schedule will be driven by the construction schedule. The following provides a
sequential list of the proposed construction schedule milestones and corresponding BMP
implementation schedule.
The BMP implementation schedule listed below is keyed to proposed phases of the construction project.
• Estimate of Construction Start date: September 16,2019
• Estimate of Construction finish date: September 30, 2019
• Project Kickoff/Pre-Con: Discuss TESC approach and schedule. Modify this C-SWPPP as needed
for approval by the City of Everett.
• Flag clearing limits.
• Mobilize equipment on-site and store all ESC and soil stabilization products.
• Install silt fence and all other TESC measures as appropriate.
• Soil stabilization on excavated side slopes as needed.
• Backfill and compaction.
• Remove BMPS once GeoEngineer approves.
5.0 POLLUTION PREVENTION TEAM
5.1 Roles and Responsibilities
The pollution prevention team consists of personnel responsible for the implementation of the C-
SWPPP, including the following:
• Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL)—primary contractor contact, responsible
for the site inspections(BMPS,visual monitoring, sampling, etc.);to be called upon in case of
failure of any ESC measures.
16
