• Keep all heavy equipment off existing soils under LID facilities that have been excavated to final <br /> grade to retain infiltration rate of the soils. <br /> 3.2 Site Specific BMPs <br /> Site specific BMPs are shown on the Site Preparation and Erosion Control Plan sheet in Appendix A. This <br /> site-specific plan sheet shall be updated as site condition change. <br /> 4.0 CONSTRUCTION PHASING AND BMP IMPLEMENTATION <br /> The BMP implementation schedule will be driven by the construction schedule. The following provides a <br /> sequential list of the proposed construction schedule milestones and corresponding BMP <br /> implementation schedule. <br /> The BMP implementation schedule listed below is keyed to proposed phases of the construction project. <br /> • Estimate of Construction Start date: September 16,2019 <br /> • Estimate of Construction finish date: September 30, 2019 <br /> • Project Kickoff/Pre-Con: Discuss TESC approach and schedule. Modify this C-SWPPP as needed <br /> for approval by the City of Everett. <br /> • Flag clearing limits. <br /> • Mobilize equipment on-site and store all ESC and soil stabilization products. <br /> • Install silt fence and all other TESC measures as appropriate. <br /> • Soil stabilization on excavated side slopes as needed. <br /> • Backfill and compaction. <br /> • Remove BMPS once GeoEngineer approves. <br /> 5.0 POLLUTION PREVENTION TEAM <br /> 5.1 Roles and Responsibilities <br /> The pollution prevention team consists of personnel responsible for the implementation of the C- <br /> SWPPP, including the following: <br /> • Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL)—primary contractor contact, responsible <br /> for the site inspections(BMPS,visual monitoring, sampling, etc.);to be called upon in case of <br /> failure of any ESC measures. <br /> 16 <br />
