2. Records Retention <br /> Records of all monitoring information (site log book, inspection reports/checklists, etc.),this CSWPPP, <br /> and any other documentation of compliance with permit requirements will be retained during the life of <br /> construction project and for a minimum of three years following the termination of permit coverage in <br /> accordance with permit condition Section 5.C. <br /> 3. Access to Plans and Records <br /> The C-SWPPP,General Permit, Notice of Authorization letter, and Log Book will be retained on site or <br /> within reasonable access to the site and will be made immediately available upon request to Ecology or <br /> the local jurisdiction. A copy of this C-SWPPP will be provided to Ecology within 14 days of receipt of a <br /> written request for the C-SWPPP from Ecology. Any other information requested by Ecology will be <br /> submitted within a reasonable time. A copy of the C-SWPPP or access to the C-SWPPP will be provide to <br /> the public when requested in writing in accordance with permit condition Section 5.G. <br /> 7.1.4 <br /> In accordance with Conditions Section 3,Section 4.B,and Section 9.B.3 of the general permits, C-SWPPP <br /> will be modified if the C-SWPPP is ineffective in eliminating or significantly minimizing pollutants in <br /> stormwater discharges from the site or there has been a change in design,construction,operation, or <br /> maintenance at the site that has a significant effect on the discharge, or potential discharge, of <br /> pollutants to the waters of the State. The C-SWPPP will be modified within seven days of determination <br /> based on inspection(s)that additional or modified BMPs are necessary to correct problems identified, <br /> and an updated timeline for BMP implementation will be prepared. <br /> 2. Reporting <br /> 1. Discharge Monitoring Reports <br /> If cumulative soil disturbance is 5 acres or larger: Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs)will be <br /> submitted to Ecology monthly. If there was no discharge during a given monitoring period,the <br /> Permittee shall submit the form as required,with the words"No discharge" entered in place of <br /> monitoring results. The DMR due date is 15 days following the end of each month. <br /> Water quality sampling results will be submitted to Ecology monthly on DMS forms in accordance with <br /> permit condition Section 5.B.
