The results of the data gaps investigation which was <br /> completed following the RI are presented in the letter report previously submitted to Ecology: "VCP <br /> Request for Opinion on Proposed Cleanup and Results of Data Gaps Investigation, Former Smith <br /> Street Sawmill Site, 3600 Smith Avenue, Everett, Washington, VCP Number. NW3188" prepared <br /> by GeoEngineers dated October 26, 2018. <br /> 2019 - 2020:Soil Cleanup Action.The results of the soil cleanup action completed at the Site are <br /> presented in the following report previously submitted to Ecology: "MICA Cleanup Report, Former <br /> Smith Street Sawmill Property, 3600 Smith Avenue, Everett, Washington, VCP No. NW3188" <br /> prepared by GeoEngineers dated May 12, 2020. <br /> 2020 - 2021: The City completed post-cleanup quarterly groundwater compliance monitoring as <br /> documented in the accompanying report by GeoEngineers entitled "Groundwater Compliance <br /> Monitoring Report"dated January 21, 2022. <br /> The City hereby requests Ecology's opinion on the completed groundwater compliance monitoring to <br /> confirm that the remedial actions completed at the Site are protective of groundwater.
