Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public <br /> Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building <br /> Reviewer and/or the Planning Reviewer for architectural, landscape,or other types of drawings. <br /> 1. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal once all <br /> requested revisions have been made: <br /> a. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Counter. <br /> b. Plans: (2)full size sets of revised plans. <br /> c. Stormwater Site Plan: (2)copies of report. <br /> d. SWPPP Narrative: (2) copies of SWPPP report. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:O0pm and from 1:00pm-4:00pm (closed <br /> between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br /> 2. Using the Ecology 2014 SWMMWW, this project has more than 7,000 square feet of land disturbing <br /> activity and is required to meet Minimum Requirements 1-5 for all new and replaced hard surface area. <br /> Please provide stormwater site plans and reports to meet Min. Req. 1 and 5 along with a SWPPP narrative <br /> to meet Min. Req. 2. <br /> 3. Additional corrections may be required after SEPA conditions are determined. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
