Remove walls that were separating living/dining/other areas into bedrooms. <br /> 2. Hard wire in 7 smoke alarms, all on isolated breaker. <br /> Use press-on connectors or nuts, 12 awg romex, secure wire every 2' with NYA. <br /> 3. Build walls to complete kitchen, bedroom, 2nd bath, and bedroom closet. <br /> 4. Plumb in dishwasher, and sink/disp. by turning copper/drain presently at <br /> location in wall, but was facing other direction. Install turn-off valve. <br /> 5. Remove existing window, install 3 pane bedroom window 44", sill 44" <br /> from floor, 20" x 41" no-special knowledge casement window, and rebuild <br /> wall where old window was slightly 'moved. <br /> 6. Install 100cfm+ fan over standard 30" stove. Exhaust out through chimney. <br /> Install a cabinet above, maybe microwave. RE-route 4-prong stove plug from <br /> current location under staircase, to new range location. <br /> 7. Install kitchen cabinets. <br /> 8. Make 2nd bathroom by splitting 10' x 6'3" current bathroom. Move tub, <br /> put in 2 sinks, new toilet on W wall. New doors are Walls are to be <br /> insulated to R15, ceiling to R49, second 50cfm fan installed. <br /> 9. New closet in hallway, and underneath countertop in kitchen. <br />
