The drawings should specify the placement of a maximum occupant load sign adjacent to the <br /> main exit from the assembly space. The location of the sign should be specified in the plans <br /> and located on the interior of the space. A detail specifying the wording and occupant load for <br /> the assembly space (i.e., 92 occupants per Sheet G-1.0) should be included in the drawings. <br /> See note on A2.0 <br /> Miscellaneous: <br /> 10.The installation of new egress doors may require the replacement of glazing with safety glazing. <br /> Glazing modifications should be specified in the plans where required. See IBC Section <br /> 2406.4.2. N/A <br /> 11.The Kitchen may require the installation of a grease trap. These documents have not been <br /> reviewed for the treatment of oil or grease that may enter the City of Everett sewer system. <br /> Contact Industrial Pretreatment at (425)257-8240 regarding pretreatment or grease removal <br /> requirements. The drawings shall specify the requirement to install a grease trap if required. <br /> See Everett Municipal Code Chapter 14.42. Grease trap is provided under the shell permit by <br /> the landlord with connections. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. Details for the construction and bracing of new interior walls should be included in the <br /> drawings. The walls, bracing, and connections to the supporting structure should be designed <br /> for a minimum 5 psf load per IBC Section 1607.15. See wall sections 2-4 on A2.0 <br /> This review has been performed for general compliance with the building codes as adopted and <br /> amended by the state of Washington and the city of Everett. Corrections and comments made <br /> during the review process do not relieve the project from compliance with code and permit <br /> requirements.
