Per your Instructions, this has been uploaded with drawings sets W the link provided in your <br />correction letter. On the drawings, corrections have been clouded as Deha 2, and additional revisions since the <br />last submittal are noted as Delta 1. Each of your comments is addressed as follows: <br />1. A "letter of consistency" will be required to be approved by the Community Development Division prior to <br />building permit final. For more information contact Kembra Landry (email provided). <br />GELD RESPONSE: We will contact Ms. Landry and will provide prior to issuance of building Fermi <br />2. A Calculation of the average base height elevation is required for each building. Far more Information please <br />reference handout (link provided). This may necessitate revisions to the building height delineations on the <br />various elevation and section drawings. <br />GGLO RESPONSE: Please reference sheet G-041 for revised son ing height calculations and sections <br />3. A detail for the light poles for the illumination of the parking lots indicating compliance with EMC 19.34.120.E is <br />required. <br />GELD RESPONSE: Lighting Designer has confirmed that the parking lot and site lighting complies with <br />Everett Zoning Code. We have Pole heights specified on our luminaire Schedule, technical details for zero - <br />cutoff distrbutions on our parking fixture cutsheets, and distributions far buildingmounted fixtures on <br />their respective cutsheets. Fixtures are located such that trespass off -site is minimal or avoided <br />completely. The Information required to verify compliance with E2C can be found on the following <br />sheets/documents, induced in this upload: SHEET E-003— LUMINAI RE SCHEDULE; SHEET E-103—SITE <br />LIGHTING PHOTOMETRIC PLAN; EHA BAKER HEIGHTS LIGHTING CUTSHEET PACKAGE➢DF <br />SEATTLE I LOS ANGELES I BOISE <br />gglo.com <br />
