City of Everett Stadium Amphitheater Park Project Scope of Work Page 14 <br /> <br />o Alternative 2: Smith & Wall <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft Description of Alternatives <br />• Final Description of Alternatives <br />Assumptions: <br />• There will be no more than two (2) Action Alternatives and one (1) No Action Alternative. <br />• One (1) round of City Team review. <br />• City consolidates all City comments prior to submitting to ESA. <br />• The Alternatives will be finalized within two (2) weeks of completion of the Scoping <br />Comment period. <br />• The scope, budget, and/or schedule will be revised accordingly to match the final <br />Alternatives as per City Team instructions. <br />Subtask 4.7 Notice of Availability of DEIS <br />Upon completion of the Draft EIS, the City SEPA Responsible official will issue the Notice of <br />Availability of the DEIS as per WAC 197-11-455 and WAC 197-11-510. The ESA Team will provide the <br />draft Notice of Availability of DEIS for the City Team to review. The final version will be provided to <br />the City for signature for the City to issue and post on the Ecology SEPA Register will be provided <br />after comments from the City have been integrated. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft Notice of Availability of DEIS <br />• Final Notice of Availability of DEIS <br />Assumptions: <br />• The City Team will post to the Ecology SEPA register and prepare for distribution to <br />appropriate jurisdictional agencies as described in the Public Outreach and Engagement <br />process. <br />• One (1) round of City Team review. <br />• The City will consolidate all City comments prior to submitting to ESA. <br />Subtask 4.8 Technical Analyses <br />The ESA Team will start preparing the affected environment sections prior to completion of <br />Scoping, although Scoping could modify the range of alternatives and the scope of the analysis to <br />be provided. Additional publicly available information will be used to characterize the potentially <br />affected area. It is understood that the DEIS analysis may need to change slightly based upon <br />information received during Scoping and potential updated design information. <br /> <br />Impacts from construction and operation of the Alternatives will be fully analyzed for up to four <br />elements of the environment. It is assumed that the City Team will make a reasoned judgment on <br />whether the impacts of the Alternative on each element of the environment may have a potential
