Factors that <br />could affect the schedule, but which are outside of ESA’s control include, but may not be limited <br />to: <br />• Delivery of or changes to project description information from the City Team; <br />• Content or quantity of comments received from the public through the Scoping process or <br />in response to the DEIS; <br />• City decisions to extend the Scoping period or period for review of the DEIS; or <br />• City decisions to undertake other studies which could affect the overall timing of the <br />process. <br />Assumptions: <br />• To be developed based on finalized schedule developed by the City <br /> <br /> <br />
