The budget for the <br />project is $1,400,000. <br />Amendment No. 3 is a time extension only and does not alter the amount previously <br />authorized. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Project summary statement: <br />The PGB Outfalls WQ Treatment Retrofit Project involves the construction of four <br />Modular Wetlands stormwater treatment units along outfalls in the vicinity of West <br />Marine View Drive. Construction at three of the sites has been completed. Due to <br />unanticipated site conditions at the fourth site, an additional permitting process is being <br />completed. A 6-month time extension to complete the project is requested. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. WQC-2019-EverPW- <br />00052 with the Washington State Department of Ecology extending the expiration date <br />to June 30, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
