AMENDMENT NO. 3 <br />TO AGREEMENT NO. WQC-2019-EverPW-00052 <br />BETWEEN <br />THE STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY <br />AND <br />City of Everett <br />PURPOSE: To amend the above-referenced agreement (AGREEMENT) between the state of Washington Department of <br />Ecology (ECOLOGY) and City of Everett (RECIPIENT) for the Port Gardner Bay Outfalls Water Quality Treatment Retrofit <br />(PROJECT). <br /> <br />The RECIPIENT experienced delays in the PROJECT due to site feasibility setbacks and additional time needed to complete <br />Cultural Resources Review requirements. This amendment will extend the expiration date of the AGREEMENT from <br />December 31, 2023 to June 30, 2024, to allow the RECIPIENT adequate time to complete construction and to close out <br />deliverables for this PROJECT.
