Landau Associates Waste Management Soil cuttings, decontamination water, and development water will be managed in accordance with Section 2.4 of the Phase 2 IA work plan (LAI 2013) and WAC Chapter 173-303. These measures include: • Placing of soil cuttings in lined tubs kids and sampling the soil for disposal. • Placing of all wastewater into polyethylene totes and treating the water through the Boeing Everett water treatment system. Any equipment from existing well EGW192 not used during construction of replacement well EGW192R will be decontaminated and stored for future reuse or disposed of, as appropriate. Schedule The estimated completion schedule for the tasks outlined in this work plan is as follows: Task or Submittal Date Review and approval of EGW192 Relocation Work Plan(this report) October 2020 Decommissioning of existing well EGW192(and removal of associated vault and wellhead equipment);clearing/grubbing and road improvements in preparation October—November 2020 for EGW192R drilling/installation Drilling/installation of replacement well EGW192R October—November 2020 Construction of wellhead,equipment,associated conveyance line,and November—December 2020 control/monitoring systems Startup and performance testing December 2020—January 2021 This schedule is contingent on Ecology approval of this work plan and applicable permits and approvals from City and state agencies. All construction and startup dates are contingent on Ecology approval no later than mid-October 2020. Reporting A brief technical memorandum documenting extraction well replacement field activities and extraction well startup will be submitted to Ecology within 45 days after installation of the replacement extraction well. As-built drawings and a log of exploration, well completion log, and well startup testing data will be provided in the technical memorandum.
