• • <br /> ❑ (2) New,complete sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections as <br /> required. <br /> ❑ (1) Response letter detailing how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2108 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code <br /> (IBC), 2018 International Existing Building Code (IEBC),the 2018 International Fire Code (IFC),the 2018 <br /> International Mechanical Code(IMC),and/or the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC),as <br /> amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced <br /> standard for accessible design is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI <br /> A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive. <br /> These comments address building issues only.Additional revisions or additions may be required by <br /> other departments(such as Utilities,Traffic, Planning or Fire).
