• Career Link: Mentorship Program- io mentorship commitments from business or community • Career Link: Summer Internship Program-5o commitments from business • Co-train community and business partner on the management and completion of the District developed worksite learning plan Program Launch:April —August Co-facilitate the scope and logistics of the launch of each program to ensure students and partners are aligned with overall learning objectives. • Facilitate initial training and communication of recruited business and community partners • Training facilitated one-on-one as determined by employer or District • Work with District liaison to schedule student and partner orientation. • Work with liaison to complete student and program evaluation for each program 1. Contractual Obligations Everett Career Link: Internship, Mentorship, and Exploration Support • In coordination with the District and the City,the Alliance will provide necessary support for employer hosts —both required support(compliance for the state's credit bearing worksite learning internships) and as-needed support. • In coordination with the District,the Alliance will provide support and coordination for employer partners for Career Exploration and Mentorship Course. The District shall confirm with the Alliance that these minimums are being met as a condition of this Agreement.
