Contractual Obligations <br /> Everett Career Link: Internship, Mentorship, and Exploration Support <br /> • In coordination with the District and the City,the Alliance will provide necessary <br /> support for employer hosts —both required support(compliance for the state's credit <br /> bearing worksite learning internships) and as-needed support. <br /> • In coordination with the District,the Alliance will provide support and coordination for <br /> employer partners for Career Exploration and Mentorship Course. <br /> The District shall confirm with the Alliance that these minimums are being met as a condition of <br /> this Agreement. <br /> Provide support and coordination for employer partners <br /> for Career Exploration, Mentorship Course, and Internship <br /> In coordination with the District and the City,the Alliance will provide the necessary support for <br /> employer hosts —both required support(compliance for state's credit bearing worksite learning <br /> internships) and as-needed support. <br /> In coordination with the District,the Alliance will provide support and coordination for <br /> employer partners for Career Exploration and Mentorship Course. <br /> Phase 2: Design and Launch of Permanent Intermediary Program I August — <br /> October <br /> Intermediary Program Launch <br />
