It appears the garage was converted circa 1978. See the attached tax assessor <br /> record. Note that the tax record does not confirm that the work was performed with a valid permit as the county only <br /> keeps records of physical conditions for the purposes of assessing taxes;they do not confirm the legality of the <br /> building's construction. However, based on the record, we will retract Comments 2 through 5 in the Intake Review <br /> email (see below). Please note that we are not confirming that the garage was legally converted with a permit as we do <br /> not have a record for the conversion. Other comments may still be provided upon review of construction-level drawings <br /> as required by Comment 1 below.
