Multiple comments have not been completely addressed and require additional action before a permit can be issued. Additional comments have also been included based on a review of the revised construction drawings. The comments are itemized for consistency with the original review letter. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), the 2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be submitted to Permit Services for review: a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations. Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project for compliance with the adopted building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application will be given priority and the review will recommence. Page 1 of 5
