The <br /> drawings should be revised to reference the IBC and other applicable codes. All references to <br /> the IRC should be removed. See IBC Section 107.2.1. <br /> The Proposed Project has been adjusted to be a duplex and comply with the IRC. <br /> 3. The building occupancy classification should be specified in the drawings. See IBC Section <br /> 302.1. <br /> Building occupancy R-3 has been added to Sheet A0.0 Cover Sheet. <br /> 4. The building Construction Type should be specified in the drawings. The building is presumed <br /> to be Type VB construction; please verify. See IBC Section 602.1. <br /> Construction Type VB has been added to Sheet A0.0 Cover Sheet. <br /> Fire Protection: <br /> 5. The building is required to include an automatic fire sprinkler system. See IBC Section 903.2.8. <br /> The Proposed Project has been adjusted to be a duplex and comply with the IRC. Does not require <br /> to include an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> 6. The Site Plan on Sheet 1 appears to indicate a minimum separation between the buildings of <br /> 11'-4".
