The assigned permit number is <br /> B2107-048—this is in addition to your existing Project File, REVl21-027. I have marked the construction permit as "OK to <br /> Intake" however, I cannot approve the proposal for Planning until the items below have been addressed. Additional <br /> comments may be provided by the Building intake reviewer for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting <br /> Portal to check on the status of other reviewers. <br /> 1. Site Plan.The site plan included with the application materials has not been updated to reflect the minimum 5' <br /> side and rear setback requirements indicated in my email below.The site plan must also be drawn to meet the <br /> minimum residential site plan checklist requirements including but not limited to height calculations, dimensions <br /> and material of proposed and existing driveways/curb cuts, utilities, proposed and existing building setbacks <br /> from all lot lines, etc. Please refer to the checklist for complete details and revise the plan accordingly. <br /> 2. Accessory Dwelling Unit Covenant. An Accessory Dwelling Unit Covenant must be recorded with the County <br /> Auditor's office prior to issuance of your construction permit. Please refer to page 7 of the ADU Checklist for <br /> reference; please email or drop off a copy of the covenant for my review prior to recording with the County <br /> Auditor. <br /> For reference, the residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the residential site plan <br /> checklist and building height handout. Re-submittal instructions are outlined here; please submit at minimum 2 copies <br /> of any revised documents/plans. If you have any Planning related questions, please contact me directly via email.The <br /> Unified Development Code is available online, here: https://everett.municipal.codes/EMC/19. <br /> These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements from other <br /> departments. For general permit questions, please contact Permit Services at PermitServices@everettwa.gov or <br /> 425.257.8810. In the meantime this permit application is on hold for further Planning review until the requested <br /> revisions have been received demonstrating compliance with the code and submittal checklists.
